Hello everyone! I know it’s been a while since our last post, but the past month+ has been crazy. Moving is always a stressful time, and even though we were sad to say goodbye to The Estates at Horsepen, we are so happy to finally be in our new house. I will be posting pictures as soon as we get completely unpacked and I can find my camera.
Good news everyone. As of June 15th, Laurie and I (and Kelsey & Kosmo) will be living in this beautiful home, at 1901 Flintwood Dr. We were fortunate enough to stumble upon this little gem on CraigsList, and although we aren’t home “owners” yet, this will be a great house for us to grow into and start our family. We will definitely be posting pictures of move-in day, and probably more after we finally get settled in.
Another quick update: Laurie and I have now joined Twitter. Yes, it’s totally silly. Yes, it’s a fad that will be dated in 5 years. Saturday, April 25, 2009 was the day that Melissa McDaniel became Melissa Price and Pete gained a beautiful wife! Being maid of honor in this wedding and also having a wedding of my own coming up, I tired to make sure to take in as much of the day as possible…

I spent this Easter with my family in Manassas while Laurie and her girlfriends drove back from Melissa’s bachelorette party in Georgia. There was food, an Easter egg hunt, friends and family. After brunch we celebrated the April birthdays with more food, and some giant cupcakes. I don’t think I can call them cupcakes anymore, they are just personal sized real-cakes. Anyway, we hope everyone else had a great Easter! Crazy to think that next Easter, when I say “The Redas” that will also include Laurie! 180 days, but who’s couting?
